What a man eats affects how a man lives.

Energy. Clarity. Strength. Discipline.

These things are connected to how we fuel our bodies.

Many men sabotage their strength through daily habits that feel small but accumulate over time.

You wouldn’t put low-grade fuel into a high-performance engine.

Your body deserves the same respect.

Stewardship includes your health.

Scripture Focus:

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit?”

— 1 Corinthians 6:19

Action:

Today identify one food or drink habit that weakens you.

Replace it with something better.

Not next week. Today.

Examples:

• Replace soda with water

• Replace junk snacks with protein

• Reduce late-night eating

Small changes compound into powerful transformation.
