There’s a lot of chest beating in the world.

A lot of men trying to correct, confront, and dominate. But I’ll tell you this: the most dangerous man is the one who can look in the mirror and tell the truth to himself first.

Face-checking starts with you.

I’ve been in rooms full of warriors who could call out every flaw in another man — but couldn’t admit their own pride, wounds or blind spots. That’s not strength. That’s ego hiding behind bravado.

Years ago, I had to look myself in the mirror and say:

“You’re angry because you’re insecure.”

“You’re trying to fix others to avoid fixing yourself.”

It hurt. But it healed.

Before you call a man out, call yourself in.

Why are you triggered? What’s the real motive behind your correction?

Today’s charge:

Do a face-check. Search for pride. Clean up your heart before you clean up someone else’s act.

We don’t need more loud men. We need honest ones.

Scripture Focus:

“Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?… First take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.”
Matthew 7:3-5
