Trials aren’t fun. I hate them. Most of us do.
We squirm, argue with God and try to fix the situation. But when the heat is turned up — when you’re in the trial of fire — remember this:
God uses fire to forge His warriors.
Just like silver is purified in flame… or a blade is hammered, folded, quenched and reheated — you are being shaped for Kingdom use.
Some of the most powerful moments in my life have come when I stopped fighting and simply said:
“Lord, my life is in Your hands. Tell me what You want me to do.”
There were times I had to just be still and trust Him — not fix anything, not run — just stay faithful and let the process burn off what didn’t belong.
If you want to walk with God and do real Kingdom work, you have to let Him prepare you. He’s not punishing you — He’s forging you.
Scripture Focus:
“See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.”
Isaiah 48:10
“Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him…”
Psalm 37:7
Training Application:
Daily Action:
Write down one area of your life where you’re feeling the heat.
Next to it, write:
“God, I trust You in the fire.”
Simple step. Big shift.
Warrior’s Reminder:
You’re not being burned — you’re being built.
The forge is not your grave. It’s your proving ground.
