Leadership isn’t about status.

It’s about what you do when no one’s watching — and when you don’t feel like it.

Mission:

Lead without being asked.

– Help someone.

– Step in when others avoid it.

– Speak truth, even if it’s uncomfortable.

Make the move. Set the tone.

Personal Reflection:

Almost daily, interruptions come — texts, calls, needs I didn’t plan.

Sometimes I miss when phones had cords and people wrote letters…

But when the Holy Spirit sends a moment, I don’t ignore it.

Most people won’t even know what I did — but He knows.

Also — watch for the enemy.

He’ll try to keep you busy, burdened or burned out.

Learn to discern interruptions from God versus distractions from the enemy.

– Where did I lead without needing recognition?

– What small moment did I say “yes” to that no one else saw?
