The greatest battles men fight are often invisible.

Stress, depression, anxiety, relational chaos — they eat men alive. It’s not weakness to admit it. It’s wisdom.

Emotional regulation is not natural — it’s supernatural. That’s why I created The Unseen War, to remind men the mind is a battlefield and Christ is the Commander.

Training Application

Guard your inputs. What you watch, listen to and dwell on shapes your mind.

Practice breath, prayer and scripture memory in moments of stress.

Don’t medicate your emotions with sin. Master them by submitting them to Christ.

Warrior’s Reminder

The strongest man is the one who conquers his inner war.

Scripture Focus

“God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
2 Timothy 1:7
