Before war, they offered sacrifices. Their life was not their own — it belonged to Sparta.

I’ve been on missions where I had to lay down comfort, time and even safety for the cause. Consecration costs.

Have you had to surrender something valuable — your pride, your plans, your security — for the sake of obedience to God?

Training Drill

• Give up one comfort this week as an offering.
• Pray daily: “Lord, I am Yours.”
• Surrender one area you’ve been holding back from God.
