The Realist

There is a difference between a realist and a pessimist.

A pessimist sees every problem and stops.

A realist sees the same problem and starts working.

Real men don’t ignore danger.

They face it. But they refuse to surrender their courage to it.

Faith-filled realism says:

“This is difficult… but it’s not impossible.”

God never asked men to deny reality. He asked them to trust Him in the middle of it.

Scripture Focus:

“With God all things are possible.”

— Matthew 19:26

Action:

When facing a challenge, ask three questions:

1. What is the truth of the situation?

2. What action can I take today?

3. What outcome am I trusting God for?

Realism identifies the battlefield. Faith advances on it.

Warrior’s Reminder:

Realists build solutions.

Negativists build excuses.

— Victor
