Why Did You Stop Working Out?

You didn’t get busy.

You drifted.

Nobody accidentally becomes strong.

But men accidentally become soft every day.

When you stopped training your body, you likely stopped sharpening something deeper first — your edge.

Training isn’t vanity. It’s authority over yourself.

Scripture:

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit…? Therefore honor God with your bodies.” — 1 Corinthians 6:19–20

Action:

Today — 50 push-ups. Walk a mile. Lift something heavy.

Remind your flesh who’s in charge.

Warrior’s Reminder:

If you can’t lead yourself, you won’t lead anyone else.

— Victor
